Trial Policy
The trial time is 7 days upon receiving the instrument. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Proper packing & Insurance of the instrument is listed under "Return & Exchange" Please follow the instructions exactly to avoid any additional repair charges. Returns & Exchanges
Horn trial return: Must have the original packaging and in the original condition in which it was received. This means NO dents or scratches. PLEASE remove your jewelry when trying horns (watches, rings and bracelets). Be sure to insure for full amount as we quoted in writing.
How to Pack: For screw bell using a 24X24X24 or 18x18x28 double wall box carefully place the horn body and bell in the case after which you will bubble wrap the entire case tightly. Place horn in case with 4 inches of peanut chips on the bottom and surround the horn with peanut chips on each 4 sides making sure the bubble wrap does NOT touch any side of the box. There should be at least another 4 inches of peanut chips on the top of the horn case. Seal the top of the box with strong shipping tape. Go to any UPS store for final labeling and processing.
Purchase Return and Exchanges: Is made for transparency, and as such will be different from other retailers. Please take time to become familiar with it.
All returns OR exchanges must take place within 14 days of original invoice and MUST have all original packaging and in the SAME condition in which you received it. This includes cases, mouthpieces,mutes, bell flares, mouthpipes and used Horns.This policy does not include special custom orders. Refunds will NOT include shipping cost (through third party). Larger items such as Horns will be shipped via UPS ground unless you require faster deliveries (UPS will NOT delivery to PO boxes). Orders will be shipped within 24 hours unless out of stock. National Holidays and after hours by our carriers will also affect your order. Please remember we are on EAST COAST time now!!
