​Valve Service:
      Job includes removing and cleaning valves, machining top bearing to remove vertical play and swagging bottom bearing to remove horizontal play. New corks, string, and strings are installed.
Price: $225.00 per valve (for post war Horns only)

Re-versed engineered NEW valves:
​Available for:  Elkhart8D, Cleveland8D, Holton, Yamaha, Kruspe, Knopf, Paxman, Alex , Atkinson and other makes or models. 

• Disassembly of valves and slides and levers.
• Steel stamping numbers (1, 2, 3 and 4 ) on all levers, valve caps, top bearing, rotors, stop arms and stop plates.
• Cleaning and de-greasing of valve rotors, horn body and slides.
• Taking your old valve and re-verse engineering to original  factory tolerance. And even better.   All valves are hand lapped to exact tolerance of .0002 and that is a superb fit.  Eliminating the nasty plating process.  More Eco- friendly with significantly better results. 
• Next is re-engineered top bearings machining to fit.
• Cleaning and de-greasing again of horn body and slides.
• Careful assembly of valves.
• New corks, strings, and springs are installed.

Ultrasonic Cleaning:
      Job includes taking the horn apart, chemical cleaning of lime deposit and any foreign matter, re-alignment of the valves, removal of vertical/horizontal play, re-assembly and test playing. New string, cork, and springs are installed.

Screw Bell Conversion:
      Your bell is disassembled and if necessary is rounded at the point of cutting. This is important for older horns that have elliptical bells. The bell ring is installed using our own rings (compatible with Alexander and Lawson) and the precision cut is made. After installation your bell is polished and reassembled. If necessary spot lacquering is done for cosmetic appearance.
