Many Hornists desire their Horn to play better, whether they have an old Geyer, Schmidt, Conn 8-D, Holton, or Kruspe. Often times, this can be accomplished with different bell flares and mouthpipes. The acoustical changes can lead to a better high, middle or low registers and can have a drastic improvement in your overall performance. Another benefit is a richer, more pleasing sound with better staccatos and legatos. Many other acoustic options can be done also.
